Booking Policy
All appointments require a credit card to reserve the appointment. My square booking portal will have you enter your details during the booking process. Appointments can be made in person, over the phone, text or DM. After appointment is scheduled, a card number will need to be given over the phone to complete the booking. The card on file will NOT be charged unless an appointment is no-showed, or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Text and Email appointment confirmations will be sent at the time of booking, and 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment 48 hours is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment may result in your appointment being rescheduled, resulting in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fee
For a first missed appointment, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
For any appointment missed after, 100% of the service fee will be charged.
