Cult of Color Studio
is an inclusive, private hair studio experience, founded by Spencer Winn in 2019. The Studio is Located in sunny southern Utah. Spencer has been a hair colorist for over 13 years and has worked for companies such as Paul Mitchell and Bumble & bumble. Studying hair color in NYC ignited a passion for quality hair color. When not in his studio, Spencer can be found outside enjoying the south west desert.
